Westwood Hills Homeowners Association

All but four of the lots in the Enclave are members of the Westwood Hills Homeowners Association or the "Master HOA.”  Members of the Master HOA pay dues of $100 per month which are billed quarterly.  (The Master HOA dues are in addition to the $125 per month Enclave HOA dues.)  

The Master HOA maintains significant common areas, walking paths and the community pool. Membership in the Master HOA includes pool access.  The Master HOA restrictions and declaration are available below.

The Master HOA also exercises architectural control in the Enclave and the rest of Westwood Hills. To seek authorization to modify the exterior of a home in the Enclave, it is necessary to submit an Application for Approval -- Modification.  Modification forms are available on the Master HOA website.
