Meetings of the board of directors are tentatively scheduled for the second Tuesday in March, June, September and December and are open to all members.  Officers of the Association must be directors and are elected by directors.  Actual notice of meeting times and locations is provided to members by email and by posting in the Meeting Notices section of the Documents page of this website. 

The Annual Meeting of the Association is held in March each year and is tentatively set for the second Tuesday in March immediately preceding the meeting of the board of directors. Directors are elected by the members at the Annual Meeting for staggered terms of three years. All members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting.  Actual notice of meeting times and locations is provided to members by email and by posting in the Meeting Notices section of the Documents page of this website. 

The business of the board is conducted by the directors with executive authority vested in the president in accordance with the Association bylaws.
